About SolderJaw

SolderJaw will be a collection of newly engineered tools and parts that improve the electrical assembly process and provide solutions to issues within the electronics industry. There are several issues I wish to address to help improve the prototype stages of electrical design, electronics assembly, and new pin header design, to solve common industry issues I have observed.

SolderJaw CSJ-1 is the first of many products to solve problems within the electrical space. CSJ-1 is designed to hold through-hole or surface mount component(s) onto a solderable breadboard or a custom PCB while soldering. Instead of using bulky vices or flimsy helping hand devices to hold parts for soldering, the CSJ-1 is a minimal helping hand device that both securely holds the board and the components that need to be soldered in place.

My name is Avery Turley, and I have a passion for solving problems and developing products to help people around the world. I have created the CSJ-1 from a concept into its current production-ready version. I have spent countless hours sketching the concepts and many variations to narrow down on the simple and elegant solution it is today.
